How Perimeter Drain Replacement Works
We excavate around the perimeter of your foundation to expose the existing drain system. The old tile or failed pipe is removed and replaced with modern perforated drainage pipe in a gravel bed with filter fabric. The excavation is then backfilled and compacted, and the yard is restored. The entire process typically takes two to four days for a standard home depending on access and soil conditions.
